Are we real estate agents?

No, in short we are not real estate agents. We do not list homes on the market for homeowners. We buy homes for cash without any agents being involved. This allows the homeowners to keep more money since they are not paying for agent commissions. We do however, have a large network of real estate agents in every state that we can always connect our homeowners to.

How do we determine the price we offer?

Although we take into consideration multiple different factors when determining a price to offer, the process is simple. We look at location of the property, the condition of the property, any major repairs needed, and the price of other comparable homes that have recently sold nearby.

We also using the housing market as a factor in determine our offer price. As we have seen, the housing market has been in a down trend over the last few years and housing prices have not started working their way back up yet.

Will I have to pay any fees?

No. There are no realtor fees (more money into your pocket), there are not marketing fees (also more money in your pocket) and there are no closings costs (those are paid by us). This is what makes our process so simple. We offer you a price, if you like the price that is what you are guaranteed to get. Everything else is paid for by us.

Am I locked into selling with you if I submit an offer request?

Nope! There is no obligation whatsoever. Once you submit the form, we will reach out to get a little bit more information regarding the property. From there we will take some time to quickly assess the area and generate an offer that is a win-win solution. Once the offer is presented to you, it is fully up to you if it makes sense to sell your home to us. There is no pressure and no stress, if the offer does not work out that is totally okay! We want what is best for you.

Do we offer fair prices?

We take pride in being a fully transparent company and being so, we gladly tell our sellers that most of the houses we buy are below market value. We are an investment company and look for a discount on properties so that we can clean and fix them up to sell for a profit. Although, most of our sellers are okay with selling at a slight discount because we are able to close quickly, offer full cash and create a stress free transaction. Our sellers do not have to repair any damage, evict any bad tenants, pay agent fees, etc...
